We will do a walkthrough of your structure, assess the damage, create and guide you through a customized plan, and then start the clean up, restoration and remediation process.   • If you need a great team of guys, who work quickly and efficiently to get things done, Palm Industries is definitely my first option. We had our flooring in the back of our house flood. Babies nursery, closet, laundry room all had the floor flooded. We contacted Palm Industries and they were able to come the next day to diagnose the problem and get started. Not only did they quickly fix and solve the problem, they’re a great bunch of guys. I’m a stay at home Mom and I’m home by myself with my son all day. These guys made me feel comfortable with them coming into my home. Great service and professionalism! Caleb and Dan are quick to answer any questions you might have, and fix any issue that arises while they’re working the job. Donald put the flooring in, and was very efficient with his time.   • I had a water line breach in my kitchen that flooded the entire area. Palm Industries came in the very next day and surveyed the damage. Entire kitchen needed replaced. It was a very frustrating process between getting insurance adjusters (we went through 2 of them) to give us payout and waiting for materials due to Covid delays. 6 months later PI crew was able to begin the rebuilding. The crew, led by Dan, came in and did a beautiful job. They came right after the initial incident and set up a "camp kitchen" for me which allowed me to remain in my home with a functioning meal prep area for 6 months. Once all the materials and supplies came in they were quick to work and got a completely new kitchen installed in 4 weeks. From floors, walls, cabinets, counters, sink and backsplash it all came together beautifully. My landlord and I are VERY pleased. I would highly recommend Palm Industries to anyone needing restoration services. They are quick to respond, highly professional, and do quality work. A big heartfelt THANKS! to Andrew, Dan, Shannon, Robert and all of the crew members who were involved in our job.
