Ultrasonic Cleaning & Secure Contents Storage

After a disaster, we know it’s important to also clean, restore and securely store the contents within the structure. Whether your items have sentimental or important business value, we take care of your belongings like they are our own by keeping your items in our secure storage facility for the duration of our trusted eight step cleaning process.

Emergency Contact

The restoration process begins when you contact Palm Industries. We will get initial information and dispatch our Project Manager along with our Contents Manager to assess the damage and prepare a team with the proper tools and equipment

Content and Belonging Inspection / Non-Salvageable Inventory

Our Content Manager will carefully inspect your affected belongings and contents to determine the extent of damage. We can also assist you in creating a “Non-Salvageable” Inventory that is provided to your insurance company on items that are too damaged to be properly cleaned.

Pack Out

Our team will properly pack ‘like items’ per room to be either hand cleaned, ultrasonic cleaned with our Fireline Systems and/or deodorized in our deodorization chamber. Items will be inventoried and tagged if items are too big to go inside a box. We use a content web-based tracking system to safely keep track of your items and to follow them from the loss all the way into which vault they are stored in after cleaning.

Cleaning

Once your belongings arrive at our facility, we will separate them into "hand cleaning only", specialty cleaning and Ultra-Sonic Cleaning.

Many items will be able to go through our Ultra-Sonic Cleaning system which works through high-frequency sound waves transmitted through liquid to "scrub" clean the surface of immersed objects. The high-frequency sound waves agitate the liquid solution of water or solvent and cause the cavitation of solution molecules which in turn remove the dirty and smoke odor particles.

After the ultrasonic cleaning process has taken place, the items are rinsed and then put into the Vortex drying chamber. When dry, they will be safely packaged into new white boxes signifying they are in clean status and ready for storage.

Cleaning of Electronics

We also can clean smoke/soot/mold damage from electronic equipment like your flat screen tv, computer, laptop, gaming console etc. We can do an exterior clean all the way to a full interior cleaning of electronics.

Storage

Items will be stored in our Vault System, inside of our secure facility, that is specifically labeled per customer for proper tracking. Larger items, such as furniture and rugs, will be properly protected and stored on pallets or shelving system.

Pack Back of Belongings

The final step is packing back all your household or business belongings after all repairs have been completed. Our team will carefully pack back the boxes, furniture and other items into each room/area those items belong. This is the end of our journey with you, and we strive to end each journey with our customer relieved and ready to move back into their home or business and onto their next season worry free!
